      Strawberry Spinach Salad

      Salad

      1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash®Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

      1/3 lb spinach leaves, washed

      1/2 Pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

      1 kiwi, sliced

      1 Tbsp. slivered almonds

      Dressing

      1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend

      1 Tbsp. raspberry preserves

      1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

      1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

      1. Place salad ingredients in attractive bowl.

      2. Make dressing by mixing remaining ingredients together.

      3. Toss spinach with dressing and serve immediately.

      Filet Mignon with Mrs. Dash

      Serves: 4

      Lemon Herb Asparagus Medley

      made with Lemon Herb Pepper 10-minute Marinade

      1 lb. asparagus, washed and trimmed

      2 medium carrots, peeled and julienne sliced

      4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade

      2 tsp. chopped parsley

      1. Cook asparagus in simmering water until crisp-tender (about 5

      minutes). Remove asparagus from simmering water. Rinse with cool

      water and drain.

      2. Add carrots to simmering water and cook until tender (about 3

      minutes). Remove from water and drain.

      3. Drizzle Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade over

      cooled asparagus and carrots.

      4. Top with parsley, and serve.

      Serves: 4

      Seasoned Grilled Corn on the Cob

      made with Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend

      Tip 7: A capful of Salt-Free Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper mixed with 2

      Tablespoons of melted butter or margarine makes a great topping for

      grilled fish or chicken.

      1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend

      3 Tbsp. Molly McButter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles

      4 corn on the cob, husks on

      1. Preheat barbecue to medium high.

      2. Carefully peel back corn husks, but do not remove.

      3. Remove the silks and discard.

      4. Gently rinse corn.

      5. Shake dry.

      6. Sprinkle each corn cob with Molly McButter and Mrs. Dash® Tomato

      Basil Garlic evenly.

      7. Do this step with the corn on its side, gently fold husks around

      the corn and tie with kitchen string.

      8. Grill the corn on the barbecue directly over medium heat 20 to 25

      minutes.

      9. Turn the corn at least three times during the cooking process.

      10. Cook until tender.

      11. To serve, remove the string from corn.

      12. Peel back husks and enjoy.

      Creamy Garlic Dressing

      made with Zesty Garlic 10-minute Marinade

      1/3 cup Mrs. Dash Zesty Garlic 10-Minute Marinade

      1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream

      1/4 cup olive oil

      1. Place all ingredients in a measuring cup. Whisk well.

      2. Chill and serve on your favorite salad.

      Serves: 6
