      This is pulled off the publix website. This is what they say and If its true with shopping at publix then if you only pick up the cheaper things there and go to wal mart or something it will be even cheaper.

      Meatball Sandwiches
      1 (32-oz) bag Publix Tater Bites
      1 (16-oz) bag frozen Armour Italian (or Original) Meatballs
      1 (26-oz) jar Publix Pasta Sauce
      1 (4-oz) bag Publix Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
      4 Publix Bakery Hoagie Rolls
      1 (16-oz) pkg Publix Iced Oatmeal Cookies
      Prep and Cook: 25 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Preheat oven for tater bites; begin to bake following
      package instructions.
      2. Heat meatballs on stovetop in large sauté pan following package
      instructions. (May also be thawed or partially heated in microwave
      to save time.) Once meatballs are hot, stir in pasta sauce. Cover
      and cook 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce is
      hot and flavors are blended.
      3. Sprinkle cheese over inside of sandwich rolls. Spoon meatballs and
      sauce on top of cheese. Serve with tater bites. Add oatmeal cookies
      for dessert.

      Beef Stir-Fry and Rice
      1 lb Publix Beef Flank Steak
      3/4 cup Publix Premium Roasted
      Asian Sesame Salad Dressing, divided
      2 cups Publix Instant White Rice
      1 (16-oz) bag frozen Publix Japanese
      Blend Vegetables (broccoli, green
      beans, red peppers, mushrooms)
      2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
      Prep and Cook: 25 minutes
      (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Cut steak into 3-inch sections and then
      cut across the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
      Place steak in large zip-top bag with 1/2 cup of the
      dressing. Seal bag tightly and let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
      Meanwhile, cook rice following package instructions. (Use 1/4 cup
      less water for improved results.)
      2. Preheat large sauté pan (or wok) on high 2–3 minutes. Add meat;
      cook 3 minutes, turning to brown as needed.
      3. Add vegetables; cook and stir 4 more minutes or until vegetables
      begin to soften. Stir in soy sauce and remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
      Serve over rice.

      Corn Flake Pork Chop Dinner
      1 (4.4-oz) packet Publix Fettuccini Pasta
      with Butter and Herb Sauce
      1 (16-oz) bag frozen Publix Green Peas
      1 large egg, beaten
      (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
      2 cups Publix Corn Flakes Cereal
      4 Publix Pork Chops (1 1/4 lb)
      1/2 teaspoon Amazing Taste/Pork
      Seasoning (or seasoned salt)
      4 tablespoons Kerrygold Herb Garlic
      (or regular) Butter
      Prep and Cook: 30 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Begin to prepare pasta side dish following stovetop package
      instructions. Prepare green peas following microwave (or stovetop)
      package instructions.
      2. Begin pork chops by placing egg in shallow bowl. Crush corn flakes
      cereal with fingertips and place in second shallow bowl. Sprinkle pork
      chops with seasoning. (Continue pasta side dish and peas as needed.)
      3. Preheat large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Dip pork chops in
      egg (allowing excess to drip off) then dip both sides into crumb mixture;
      press with fingertips to evenly coat (wash hands). Place butter in pan;
      swirl to coat. Add pork chops (wash hands); cook 4–7 minutes on each
      side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (for medium). Use a
      meat thermometer to accurately ensure doneness. Serve.

      Skillet Meal
      1 (8-oz) loaf Cole’s Mini Garlic Bread
      2 (21-oz) Birds Eye Voila! Skillet Meals
      1 (16-oz) tray Publix Snicker Doodle Cookie Dough
      Prep and Cook: 25 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Preheat oven for garlic bread; begin to bake following
      package instructions.
      2. Prepare skillet meal on stovetop or in microwave following package
      instructions. While skillet meal cooks, prepare cookies for baking by
      placing on baking sheet.
      3. When garlic bread is heated, adjust oven temperature, if needed, and
      bake cookies. Enjoy skillet meal and garlic bread, then serve cookies
      while still warm from oven.

      Deli Chicken Tender Salad
      1 (12-oz) bag Publix American Salad Blend
      (iceberg/romaine lettuce, carrots, radishes, red cabbage)
      2 plum tomatoes (rinsed)
      1 (4-oz) bag Publix Shredded Jack/Cheddar Cheese
      3/4 lb Publix Deli Chicken Tenders (chilled or hot)
      1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
      Prep: 10 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Place salad blend in salad bowl. Chop tomatoes.
      2. Add tomatoes and cheese to salad. Cut chicken tenders into
      bite-size pieces.
      3. Add chicken and dressing to salad; toss and serve.
      Cheese Tortellini Alfredo
      1 (19-oz) bag frozen Publix Cheese Tortellini
      1 (16-oz) bag Publix Classic Salad Blend
      (iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage)
      1 (8-oz) Publix Bakery Crusty White Baguette
      1 (15-oz) jar Bertolli Creamy Alfredo Sauce
      1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
      1 (23-oz) jar Mott Chunky Homestyle Applesauce
      Prep and Cook: 20 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Prepare tortellini in large saucepan following package instructions.
      2. Place salad blend in salad bowl. Slice bread and set aside. (Bonus idea:
      Coat bread with garlic butter and broil just until lightly browned.)
      3. Drain tortellini and return to same pan. Stir in Alfredo sauce; cook
      5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce is thoroughly heated. Add
      dressing to salad blend; toss until evenly coated. Serve pasta with bread.

      Cheeseburger Meal

      1 lb Publix Chuck Ground Beef
      1 cup frozen Publix Chopped Onions
      1 (8-oz) jar Kraft Plain Cheez Whiz
      4 Publix Hamburger Buns
      1 (12-oz) bag Eat Smart Vegetable
      Medley (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
      1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
      Prep and Cook: 15 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place ground
      beef and onions in pan (wash hands).
      2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring to
      crumble meat, or until beef is brown and no pink remains.
      3. Drain ground beef and return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce; cook
      2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated. Spoon

      1 (10-oz) box frozen Tyson Breaded
      Chicken Tenders (or Strips)
      1 (5.4-oz) pouch Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco
      (or Mexican) Rice Mix
      8 Azteca Large Flour Tortillas
      1 cup Publix Shredded Mozzarella Cheese,
      1 1/2 cups Barilla Green and Black Olive
      Tomato Pasta Sauce, divided
      1 (16-oz) can Taco Bell Refried Beans
      4 (3.5-oz) Hunt’s Chocolate Mud Pie Pudding Snacks
      Prep and Cook: 30 minutes (Makes 4 servings.)
      1. Preheat two-sided tabletop grill. Prepare rice following package
      instructions. (For more flavor, replace 1 cup of the water with 1 cup
      of pasta sauce.) Heat chicken in microwave on HIGH 3–5 minutes
      or until hot; cut into bite-size pieces.
      2. Arrange 4 of the tortillas on counter. Sprinkle one-half of the cheese
