      I think she is saying she needs recipes that she can use what she has, not fresh artichokes, and homemade cream soup. if that is the case, here is what i would do.

      if you have chicken breasts, dredge them in breadcrumbs and place them in a sprayed baking dish. bake them for 30 min (or until done) at 400.

      Meanwhile, Make a sauce with the cream of celery soup, add the drained artichoke hearts (chopped), some garlic (powdered, or from a jar is fine) parsley, and a squirt of lemon juice. Serve over chicken. Serve asparagus on the side.

      Other uses for Celery soup can be: as a gravy for meatballs, served over rice or mashed potatoes, etc. and YES, you can freeze the leftover soup in ziplock bags for later, just don’t dilute it.
