      Spicy Steak Fries

      Ingredients:

      2 large potatoes

      2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

      2 Tbsp. olive oil

      1 clove garlic, minced

      Directions:

      Wash and cut potatoes into wedges, do not peel. Dry potato slices on

      paper towels.

      In a large bowl, toss potatoes with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning

      Blend, olive oil, and garlic.

      Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray and lay wedges on

      baking sheet.

      Place potatoes in preheated 425ºF oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn

      the potatoes and bake another 15 minutes or until potatoes are

      browned and tender.

      Serves: 4

      Prep Time: 10 min

      Cook Time: 35 min to 40 min

      Harvest Potatoes

      Ingredients:

      1 12 Oz. package frozen cooked winter squash

      4 cups potatoes, peeled, cut in 1 inch cubes

      3 Tbsp. margarine, softened

      1/4 cup fat free sour cream

      2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

      1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

      Directions:

      Cook squash according to package directions.

      Place potatoes in large pan and cover with water. Cook until tender,

      about 15 minutes, drain.

      Combine squash, potatoes, butter and sour cream in a mixing bowl.

      Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat another 1 to 2

      minutes to thoroughly mix. Serve hot.

      Serves: 8

      Serving Size: 3.7 Oz.

      Prep Time: 25 min

      Cook Time: 19 min to 20 min

      Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

      Ingredients:

      1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend?

      1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

      1 tsp ( cooking oil

      Directions:

      In a small bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, oil and Mrs. Dash® Mesquite

      Grilling Blend™.

      Spread mixture on a foil lined cookie sheet.

      Let stand 24 to 48 hours or until dry, stirring occasionally.

      When ready to roast, preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) for 15 to 20

      minutes, stirring once or twice.

      Let cool slightly.

      Serves: 8

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Cook Time: 40 min
