I printed one out for me and one out for my boyfriend a few monthes

back. Thank God we have not had to use them but it makes me feel better

to know that when I go to the clinic for medical attention if they give

me a script I have half a chance to be able to afford to get and not

just throw it on the car seat because I knew it would cost to much to

get it filled.
