Ranch Dressing ½ cup mayonnaise ¾ cup sour cream ¾ cup buttermilk 1 tbs white wine vinegar 1 tbs lemon juice 1½ tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp chopped parsley 2 tsp chopped chives 1 clove garlic, crushed ½ chopped scallion 1 tsp mustard In a glass bowl, combine the mayonnaise and other ingredients. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 2 cups of ranch dressing.
Regular vinegar would work fine. It is a matter of preference that I use white wine vinegar. I use it more because it melds with other ingredients better and doesn’t have that ‘bite’ that regular vinegar has.
For this recipe, using regular vinegar will work just fine;-D
