Ramen for breakfast, anyone else?

I’ve started eating ramen with an egg for breakfast since my insomnia makes my breakfasts feel like lunch. Then I noticed in an episode of Naruto that Naruto is excited to eat ramen for breakfast. Is this more common than I thought?
