Rag or bag rugs

Hi my name is Teresa and I am a newbie. I love to cook and am on a
tight budget.I craft,cross stitch and weave baskets. My DH is from
Canada.

We live in the mountains of Tennessee.I am interested in
making wreaths and rugs out of rags and bags. Do you have to have a
rug loom for rag rugs? If so…

where do you get them? Also where do
I find patterns? Thanks for any info.
