What I have done is make a week's worth of english muffin sandwiches. I toast the english muffin, then I cook an egg. I add cheese and one of these: country ham, canadian bacon, bacon, fried bologna, or sausage. Then I put them in a container. In the morning we just pop in the microwave and done.

I also make Rise and Shine Cookies, French Toast sticks, Waffles, Pancakes. Then we just grab , heat and go.

Now that school has started and everyone working, it is a stuggle to

get everything done and everyone out in time. Does anyone have any
ideas of some breakfast foods that are quick? Maybe
      even some that
could be made ahead of time and just heated in mic.
