1 tablespoon(s) olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed with a press 1 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper 1 pound(s) ground chicken 2 cup(s) tomato-basil pasta sauce DIRECTIONSIn 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, garlic, fennel seeds, crushed red pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook 5 minutes or until onion is lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
