Hi Tammy,
I have the other problem where my one child is only 9 and is almost
5′ tall and weighs 135 lbs. We don’t feed our kids junk (hardly ever)
but I think that healthy fats like peanut butter and banana grilled
sandwiches ( yup that’s right, by the way these were Elvis P’s
favorite) Just like grilled cheese but with peanut butter and banana
slices or mashed. Avacados are great in a sandwich with cream cheese,
sprouts and some nice seasoning.
Eggs, cheeses, and meats are good sources of fats too. Just take your
time and don’t expect him to gain quickly.
