This one is really simple to make in a short amount of time, about 20 minutes or so and it’s filling!

      3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 lb. Italian sausage balls (I use a cookie dough scoop to form the balls) or you could use links cut up
      1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
      1 onion, chopped
1 green onion (for garnish, if desired)
      1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.

While the pasta is Cooking, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Return sausage to skillet.

Add tomatoes, onions and dressing; stir. Cook 5 min. or until onions are heated through, stirring occasionally.
drain pasta; place in large bowl, rinse with hot water.

add sausage mixture and 1/2 cup cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Garnish with sliced green onions.
