my grandmother used to tell me to gargle with warm salt water and i would always laugh at her. but then i went to the doctor and paid big bucks for him to tell me to gargle with warm salt water.

Hi everyone….I’m hoping for some advice here and always get good and
cheap advice here.
I have had a darn cold for 8 days now. It seems to be settling in my
chest now, cant breathe real deep , I cough forever and since ive
coughed forever my ribs and undercarriage hurts.
What are your get well soon tips/tricks…Im willing to try almost
anything, im so sick of being sick. I am wheezing alot and its driving
me nuts.

I have tired Vicks ( on feet and on my chest/throat)
dayquil/nightquil
advil for pain
rest.
