vitamin c, 1000 milligrams every day. that’s what i do and i haven’t had a cold in over ten years. and i am definitelyexposed – i am a postal worker part time and a full time college student.
i buy the cheap stuff, whatever is on sale. it makes your pee really yellow, that’s because your body pees out what it doesn’t use – it is not toxic. the only warning i’ll give you is that some people who are prone to cold sores are sensitive to vitamin c, as well as citrus foods.
