      What about Mucinex? Isn’t that suppose to rid mucus from the lungs? Don’t know, just a thought.

      Run a humidifier, perferrably warm mist. Especially at night while
      you sleep. Before laying down, run your shower on the highest temp,
      and leave the room, shutting it behind you.

      Wait about 10 minutes, then go back in and shut the door again. The
      steam will help clear out your head, and moisturize your throat and
      chest.

      Drinking soothing things like tea with honey will help your throat.
      Sleep with your head elevated- more like you are sitting up a bit,
      so that your throat can drain, but without pooling like it would if
      you were laying flat.

      Aside from that, if the cough gets worse or doesn’t go away after
      another few days, you should get it looked at. It could turn into
      pnemonia.
