keep it. However always keep used separate from unused grease. And to
further muddy the waters . If you fry any fish, keep that grease
separate from other used grease. Only use it with fish (it will have a fishy
odor/taste to it is why)

So when frying fish or meat it should be tossed afterwards? But veggies
like potatos you can keep it? Am I understanding all the posts about this
right?
