My DH does this too, and I was wondering the same thing. My mother and
I never fryed anything. ( She doesn’t know how to cook) so I was scared
that it would make us all sick. I’m relieved to know that it’s safe todo and thanks for the tips about containers. I hated seeing our fryer
full of the stuff on our stove.
