Question about UPS

I’m not sure about UPS but my husband worked for AirBorne Express (before they sold to DHL) and I can tell you what they do. If there is a package that is damaged or undeliverable, they put it in the “company store.” It’s like a huge garage sale. I shopped in there quite a bit. You could literally find just about anything. And, they priced things very cheap – not sure why. My hubby got a brand new Pocket PC still in the original box with all the extra stuff for $20.

What does UPS do with damaged items or unable to deliver. I know at the airport when the items are lost, etc. they use to have an auction for it. Does UPS have something similar.
