That’s true. I’ve always said that any female needs a cell phone. They just

don’t have to be cell phones that run into $50 plus per month, especially when

there are many plans out there that cost much less than that. if the purpose of

the cell phone is truly “for emergencies” or for “incidental” conversations,

rather than talking all day with one’s buddies, there is no reason to pay such a

high price for traditional cell phone plans. The Pay as you go plans are perfect

for “emergency” usage.
