16-oz can Rotel, undrained
1 lb American cheese, cubed
Combine undrained Rotel and American cheese in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover. Microwave on high 5 min or just until cheese melts, stirring after 3 min. Remove from microwave. Stir until mixture is blended.Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut-up fresh vegetables. 20 servomgs
