Awhile back, I used a website that not only counted
your calories for you, but also figured out the other
nutrients in what you’re eating. For example, if youate an apple, a ham & cheese sandwich, and a cookie
for lunch, you choose those items from the drop-down
list and it will calculate how much fat, calories, protein, etc. etc. was in your meal. It saves the
information, so you can see charts depicting how well
you’re reaching your goals each week. It also had anexercise area, with every possible way to move your
body (yes, even THAT!), so you could keep track of
fitness goals, and calories burned. BUT, I can nolonger remember the name of this website. Does anyone
know what I’m talking about?
