Awhile back, I used a website that not only counted
your calories for you, but also figured out the othernutrients in what you’re eating. For example, if you
ate an apple, a ham & cheese sandwich, and a cookie
for lunch, you choose those items from the drop-downlist and it will calculate how much fat, calories,
protein, etc. etc. was in your meal. It saves the
information, so you can see charts depicting how wellyou’re reaching your goals each week. It also had an
exercise area, with every possible way to move your
body (yes, even THAT!), so you could keep track offitness goals, and calories burned. BUT, I can no
longer remember the name of this website. Does anyone
know what I’m talking about?Suzanne
