      I do NOT have constipation on my eating plan and I have been eating this way for years. My eating plan contains lots of fiber. It is just in veggie form. Cruciferous veggies (cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower)dark leafy greens (spinach, turnip greens, collard greens),carrots, and tomatoesare the mainwayI obtain myfiber. Yes, I eat other veggies, but those are the main ones. Occasionally, I eat berries andsome pieces of apple or orange.

      Strangely enough, whenever I eat somewheat containing food (RARELY),I don’t have constipation BUT it takes much longer for things to process.

      I do not drink an excessive amount of water. I have always been a “water drinker” long before I started eating this way. I also drink tea sweetened with splenda and sometimes Kool-Aid sweetened with Splenda.
