Pumpkin Smoothie:056:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 very ripe banana
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed. 2 servings = about 165 calories
