INGREDIENTS
milk (even 1% lowfat works well)
1 box (3 oz) flan mix
1 cup (from a 30-oz can) pumpkin pie mix (not 100% pumpkin purée)
1 cup milk (even 1% lowfat works well)
PREPARATION
1. Place four 6-oz custard cups or ramekins on a tray.
2. Follow directions on back of flan box substituting 1 cup pumpkin pie mix for 1 of the cups of milk. (Freeze remaining pumpkin pie mix for another use.)
