      1 can pumpkin
      3 eggs, beaten
      1 tsp cinnamon
      1 large can evaporated milk
      1 cup sugar

      Blend above ingredients together. Place in 9×13 greased pan.

      Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over mixture. Add 2 sticks melted butter or margarine all over cake mix & sprikle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cool completely.

      Blend 1 (8oz) softened cream cheese & 1 cup Cool Whip & 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on Pumpkin Crisp & top with more chopped nuts.
