Progressive has actual agents with offices. If you live near one, maybe stopping in and talking to a person might help lower the inflation in your policy. I agree, $80 is a lot!
Also, if your state has insurance brokers, they can help find a lower rate.
Good luck and personally I would never take away that coverage because you never know what may happen.
