      I’m having problems with the Scratch & Win game again. Gaah My game card keeps showing up for like half a second after I enter my email address and then is hidden by either an ad or blank space (where the game card should be). I tried clicking & browsing the ad, then returning to the game card.

      I signed in to my B101 account, then returning to the game card. So far…..nothing has worked. What’s up?

      This seems to have started after some changes I noted on the Homepage ….. perhaps these are related? I dont know

      sorry for the inconvenience, one of our advertisers is experiencing loading issues which is causing you to get bumped in the game. We’re currently working on the situation.

      Is there any update since the Tech Support email “We’re working on it” from 02-02-2015?? I’m still not able to play the game. I even joined (3mos) as Supporting Member to see if that would clear up the problem….

      No luck.

      The issue was fixed within an hour, we disabled the broken ad that was preventing it from loading. If you’re still experiencing an issue, please clear your browsers cache & cookies. If you STILL experience the issue we’ll need to see a screenshot of what you see when you’re playing as well as the following information:

      What Browser are you using
      What version is that browser
      What type of device are you using (computer, laptop, smartphone, etc)
      What is your screen resolution set to on your device

      I am still having the same problem – as soon as I enter my email address, where the playing card should be is either blank space or an ad appears. As recommended, I cleared all my internet caches and cookies. Then I restarted IE but still having problem.

      I have attached a screenshot, as requested in your response of 02-12-2015. Below is the other info you requested:

      What Browser are you using: Internet Explorer
      What version is that browser: 11.0.9600.1763315
      (Update versions: 11.0.16 (KB3021952)
      What type of device are you using (computer, laptop, smartphone, etc): Computer
      What is your screen resolution set to on your device?: 1024×768

      Sorry IE 9 & 11 are incompatible with the site due to display issues and their inability to render the code properly. Please update your browser to a more recent version or try a different browser altogether.

      I downloaded Google Chrome & the game works fine with that. I look forward to the time when it works again with IE, as that’s my browser of choice.
