From my experience. I have tracked the regular price, sale price w/ date and price per ounce. I haven’t used a price list in some time since I have a general idea now based on repeat purchases.
I liked to track sale prices by date so I could get a general idea on the sale cycles. The price per ounces because sometimes bigger wasn’t always a better buy, especially w/ a coupon.
As for flyer items beyond the 1st page being regular prices. I have not experienced that.
Sometimes they may be but it’s not the norm.
