Potato Bake
16-oz container sour cream
10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
8-oz pkg cheddar cheese, shredded
8 green onions, chopped
32-oz pkg frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tbs butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 375°.
Combine sour cream, soup, cheese and onions in large bowl. Add potatoes. Mix lightly.
Spoon into 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 min.
Combine corn flake crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 15 min or until top is lightly browned and casserole is heated through. Serves 16
