My husband is a hater of leftovers so I have become the queen of
reinventing! lol. I would shred the pot roast and make chili out of
it by adding beans and chili seasoning and a can of tomatoes. Make
ait a full meal by adding a salad and some rice. THis makes some
really good chili like you would have at a resturant! Yum. I am
thinking of making some up tonight now that you’ve got it in my head!

I have about 1/2 of a pot roast left over from dinner. Any ideas of
