Use as you would for the chicken Parmesan you sometimes get in restaurants: spread spaghetti sauce in greased pan, cook the pork patties and place on top of the sauce, add just a bit more sauce so you can still see the pork patties but so there is a bit of sauce on top of them, top with shredded cheese and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and bake until everything it hot and bubbly.
This is just a general guideline, of course. You can use a big or small pan, extra vegetables if you want, more or less cheese as your family prefers, additional herbs–it’s up to you.
