      1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.) cut into 1 1/2- inch chunks
      1 navel orange, cut into chunks
      coarse salt and ground pepper
      4 tsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil)
      1/4 c. honey
      1/4 c.

      spicy brown mustard

      In a small bowl, shisk together honey and mustard. season with salt and pepper to taste. Set half aside.

      Alternately thread pork and orange chunks onto eight 6-inch skewers and season with salt and pepper. Brush grill with oil. Cook the skewers until pork is opaque throughout (about 4-6 minutes each side).

      Brush half of the honey mustard sauce on the skewers and grill about 2 more minutes. Serve with other half of sauce.
