pork steak is cheaper that pork chops–this is a expensive dish to make
with pork steak–one slice would feed 4 people–
one slice oork steak–cubed from bone
brown cubes and bone in pan with small amt of grease–sprinkle with soy
sauce-a generous amt and brown well–I cover and with low heat stirring
occasionaly–cook down moisture in pan but dont burn–int the meantime
cook enough medium noodles to feed four people and drain–add them to
the pan of meat and stir well until noodles are brown and mixed with the
porkcubes–I serve this with cottage cheese – carrots sticks or whatever
sidesdishes you like–this is a quick dish-simple and we think tasty–

Pork steaks are wonderful grilled like beef steak. I usually just sprinkle some seasoning on and grill until done. I then serve them with salad and veggies.
Maybe rice.
