1 pkg (6oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken 1 can (21oz) apple pie filling 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 1/2 lb), 3/4 inch thick
1.) Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed on pkg. 2.) Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13×9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops & stuffing. Cover with foil. 3.) Bake 30 minutes; uncover.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
