I have used a recipe I got in the mial years ago that my family loves. i even swap out chops for chicken! i have made this so often i just “know” what to do so i googled it to copy for you with my notations in parenthesis 🙂 i serve it with green beans and mashed taters.
the sauce is great with or without chops, especially if you have a picky eater…

ingredients
4-6 pork chops
1 tbsp oilsauce:
2 tsp oil
4-6 tbsp soy sauce
2-4 tbsp brown sugar
1 can chicken broth (I use water & bullion cube!) with garlicPreparations
Brown the pork chops in oil in a skillet, then remove. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in the skillet. Put the chops back in the skillet and cover, simmer on low 30-45 minutes.
Take chops out and thicken the sauce with cornstarch. Great served over white rice with sauce poured on top. (Makes 4-6)
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
