This is my mother-in-laws recipe but it is so simple and so good. I dip
my chops in melted butter, then crushed cornflakes with 1t. Italian
seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 30 minutes. Depending on
thickness, this is where you make or break the recipe, if it is
overcooked the chops will be dry.
