      * 1 pound ground beef, formed into 1/4-pound patties
      * House Seasoning, to taste, recipe follows
      * 4 slices bacon

      Preheat broiler.

      Season each patty with House Seasoning. In a small frying pan Lighly Cook bacon, remove from pan, Wrap fillets with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place fillets on sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

      Broil about 5 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.

      To Make House Seasoning:

      * 1 T table salt
      * 1 tsp pepper
      * 1 tsp garlic powder
