2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 small jars baby food plums
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp clovesCombine dry ingredients & mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Then add oil & baby food & mix well with a mixer.
Pour into a well-greased pan (Bundt pan). Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until done. (Great coffee cake!)
