hi there. this i am good with at least when people come over to eat
they say i am. buy beans buy the bag, dried beans whatever kind or
color come to mind and make bean soup, adding in any veggies you have
on hand but not untill after the beans are cooked to ready. and make
home made corn bread. ta da money saveing tummy filling diner. my
little girl loves beans home cooked not from a can. her reason why is
that beans are gassy. and she loves it.
i even use dried beans to make chili they have the red ones in bags
also you can cook the beans up so they are done, drain the water off
of them let them cool and mash them up and make pattys out of them for
bean burgers. then fri them up just like a burger.
they have all different colors (in case of a kid only wanting one
color of food to eat) they are healthy ( as long as your not allergic
to them) they are super cheap!!! they are very versitale.
