Visualy, I can’t eat food that’s the wrong color, so while the pink

mashed potatoes sounds neat, there’s just no way I could eat it or

      serve it. 😉

Valentine’s Day is on a Thursday this year, but the kids have the 15th

& 18th off for a mini-Winter Break. I’m planning to use my hear shaped

cookie pan to make a heart shaped pizza, and we’ll probably have

strawberry or cherry sugar free jello for dessert, and red juice to

drink. They’ll have enough of a sugar buzz from school without me

      adding to it. 😉

I’m thinking of getting them each a small ballon bouquet at Dollar Tree

for when they get home from school, too.

We’ll probably rent a movie or order something from On Demand that

night for them to watch, too.

And because I’m lazy and haven’t taken down my white Christmas tree

yet, I’m considering removing most of the ornaments (I decorated it in

just red, white, and silver, but most the ornaments are Christmas

looking), and putting red paper heart doilies on it, to decorate it for

Valentines day. 😉 Yes, I’m just plain lazy.
