      Cappuccino Brulee

      Prep time: 20 min.

      Baking time: 30 min.

      What you’ll need:

      3/4 cup chopped snickers brand fun size

      1 1/2 cups whole milk

      1/4 cup sugar

      2 large eggs

      2 egg yolks

      1 tablespoon instant espresso

      Pinch of salt

      2 tablespoons meringue powder or egg white powder

      Cocoa powder for garnish

      6 espresso cups

      Resealable plastic bag with snipped corner, optional

      Baking pan

      What to do:

      Make cream: Boil milk and sugar. In bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks,

      espresso and salt. Slowly whisk hot milk into egg mixture. Add

      snickers brand fun size and stir until melted. divide custard between

      espresso cups. put cups in baking pan filled with one inch of hot

      water. bake in preheated 325-degree oven for 30 minutes, or until

      custard sets. Cool custards to room temperature, then chill until

      ready to serve.

      Make meringue: Prepare meringue powder according to directions on

      container. Spoon meringue or transfer to resealable plastic bag and

      pipe on custard. Dust with cocoa powder.

      Makes 6 espresso cups.


      Heavenly Meringue

      Prep time: 30 min.

      Baking time: 20 min.

      What you’ll need:

      For custard:

      3 cups whole milk

      1/3 cup sugar

      1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint)

      1 teaspoon vanilla extract

      4 eggs

      For meringue:

      4 large egg whites

      Pinch of salt

      1/2 cup sugar

      For milky way brand fun size sauce:

      1 cup chopped Milky Ways

      2 tablespoons heavy cream

      1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

      Special utensils:

      10″ or 12″ saute pan

      8 (4″x4″) pieces parchment paper

      Jellyroll pan lined with paper towels

      Pastry bag or large resealable bag fitted with plain round tip

      Long-handled spoon

      What to do:

      For custard sauce: Boil milk, sugar, mint and vanilla, then lower

      heat. Whisk eggs with 1 cup of hot milk. Stir milk/egg mixture into

      pot and continue cooking until thickened. Remove from heat, strain

      and set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

      For meringue: Combine egg whites, salt and sugar in bowl. Set on top

      of saucepan that is half full with simmering water. Whisk egg white

      mixture until warm and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and beat

      with electric mixer until meringue creates firm peaks.

      Transfer meringue to resealable bag fitted with large plain tip.

      Pipe “egg” shape on paper rectangles. Fill sauté pan until 3/4 full

      with water and boil. Carefully remove several meringue eggs from the

      paper and drop them into the hot water. Cook 30 seconds before gently

      flipping over, cook another 30 seconds. Transfer meringues to

      prepared jellyroll pan.

      For milky way brand fun size sauce: combine chopped milky way brand

      fun size with heavy cream in microwavable cup. heat in microwave for

      20 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Transfer to

      small resealable bag with snipped corner.

      To serve: Spoon custard into dessert dishes. Float meringues on top

      and drizzle with milky way® brand fun size® sauce and toasted


      makes 8 servings.


      Wedding Dress Sachet Bag

      Prep time: 15 min.

      Decoration time: 30 min.

      What you’ll need:

      2 bags minis mix

      6 4×6-inch mesh pouches

      3 sheets brightly color cardstock

      Assortment of fabric, tulle, satin, tiny satin flowers, ribbon,

      sequins, etc

      Non-toxic glue


      Flower petals, optional

      What to do:

      Using the printable template,cut dress shapes from both cardstock and


      Glue fabric shapes to paper shapes. Trim dresses with netting,

      flowers, ribbon and sequins. Set aside to dry.

      Fill pouches with an assortment of minis mix. attach dresses to bags

      using glue. display bags as a wedding procession, placing them on a

      runner, or, use as place cards. scatter flower petals on the table.

      makes 6 sachets.


      Couture Cake

      Prep time: 20 min.

      Baking time: 50 min.

      Decoration time: 30 min.

      What you’ll need:

      1 bag snickers brand minis

      1 bag M&M’S Brand Milk Chocolate Candies

      1 bag milky way brand caramel minis®

      2 16-oz. boxes pound cake mix

      2 12-oz. cans whipped vanilla frosting

      1 16-oz. can chocolate frosting

      1 16-oz. can strawberry-mist frosting

      Red food coloring

      3 chocolate licorice twists

      1 9 x 13-inch cake pan

      Foil paper

      2 resealable plastic bags


      Ribbon pastry tip

      Plain writing pastry tip

      What to do:

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the 9 x 13-inch cake pan with

      foil paper and grease.

      Roughly chop 2 cups of snickers brand minis. prepare the cake mix

      according to package instructions. fold chopped snickers brand minis

      into the batter and transfer to prepared cake pan. bake for

      approximately 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the

      middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack

      and let cool completely.

      Cut the cake in half, making two equal rectangles 9 x 6.5 inches.

      Spread a thin layer of vanilla frosting on top of one half and

      sandwich the two halves. Use the printable template to cut the cake

      into a purse shape. Stand the cake up, use the photo as your guide.

      Tint the vanilla frosting a bright pink and frost the entire cake.

      Spoon 1/2 cup chocolate frosting into a resealable plastic bag fitted

      with a ribbon pastry tip and using the photograph as guide, pipe the

      lines on the outer edges of the cake. Attach yellow M&M’S Brand Milk

      Chocolate Candies along the chocolate lines.

      Fit the resealable bag with a small round pastry tip and pipe the

      stitches. Detail the pockets with an outside line of strawberry-mist

      frosting and an inside line of chocolate frosting. Place a milky way

      brand caramel minis as a buckle.

      insert 1 toothpick at each end of the chocolate licorice twists and

      insert into the top of the cake as handle.

      Tip: if you do not have a ribbon tip, use any pastry tip to detail

      the purse.

      Makes 24 servings.


      Take-Home Chocolate Box

      Prep time: 30 min.

      Activity time: (For filling 8 boxes) 20 min.

      What you’ll need:

      1 bag DOVE Brand Dark Chocolate , unwrapped

      1 bag M&M’S Brand Milk Chocolate Candies

      1 9-oz. box thin chocolate wafer cookies

      3 cups assorted chopped dried fruit and nuts, such as cranberries,

      apricots, pineapples, apples, cherries, peanuts, walnuts, pistachios

      and whole cashews

      Sheet pan

      Microwave-safe bowl

      2 sheets gold tissue paper

      8 small white or gold cardboard candy boxes (available in craft



      What to do:

      Lay the cookies on the sheet pan.

      Melt the DOVE Brand Dark Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2

      minutes, stirring occasionally.

      Spread 1-1/2 teaspoons of the melted chocolate over the cookies,

      covering them almost to their edges.

      Sprinkle M&M’S Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, cashews or dried fruit

      and nut mixture on top; refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.

      To package, cut tissue paper into quarters. Place one piece of cut

      tissue paper into each cardboard box and arrange the cookies inside.

      Makes 8 boxes, about 40 cookies.


      Recipe Round-Up

      Prep time: 20 min.

      Activity time: 15 min.

      What you’ll need:

      2 bags DOVE Brand Chocolate Packages

      8 clear treat bags

      8 strands 14-inch ribbon

      Hole puncher

      8 fasteners

      64 Red & Yellow’s Recipe Cards

      What to do:

      Send out 8 recipe cards with each invitation. Tell each guest to

      please make and bring (instead of a gift) their favorite chocolate

      recipe to share with the other guests. Be sure to tell them they’ll

      also need to write the recipe on the 8 cards you sent and bring these

      to the party as well.

      Before your guests arrive, divide the DOVE Brand Chocolate Packages

      between the treat bags; tie closed with the ribbon.

      When your guests arrive, arrange all the desserts on the buffet. Take

      all the recipe cards and punch holes in the corners. Make 8 stacks,

      each containing 8 cards with the different recipes used. Fasten the

      stacks together and attach a DOVE Brand Chocolate Package to each


      When the party ends, have each guest take one stack home with them!

      Bridal Bouquet

      Take the ribbons from the gifts and create a bouquet for the bride-to-

      be! Simply cut a small hole in a paper plate and string the ribbons

      through it, leaving the bows and decorations on top.
