      Grilled Chicken Pizza Mexicana

      Prep Time:10 min

      Start to Finish:20 min

      Makes:4 servings

      2 cups shredded taco-flavored cheese (8 ounces)

      1 package ready-to-serve original pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in

      diameter)

      1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

      2 roma (plum) tomatoes, thinly sliced

      1 small jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped

      1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

      2. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust. Top with remaining

      ingredients.

      3. Cover and grill pizza 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 8 to 10

      minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. (If crust

      browns too quickly, place a piece of aluminum foil between crust and

      grill.)



      Extra-Easy Pizza

      Prep Time:15 min

      Start to Finish:30 min

      Makes:8 servings

      1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix

      1/3 cup very hot water

      1 can pizza sauce

      1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni

      1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom

      1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

      1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

      1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.

      Stir together

      Bisquick mix and very hot water; beat 20 strokes until soft dough

      forms.

      2. Press dough in pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce over dough.

      Top with

      remaining ingredients.

      3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is

      bubbly.



      Wild Mushroom Pizza

      Prep Time:15 min

      Start to Finish:25 min

      Makes:6 servings

      1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

      1 pound assorted fresh wild mushroom,sliced (6 cups)

      1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

      2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

      2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

      1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-serve thin pizza crust

      1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

      1. Heat oven to 450°F. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over high

      heat. Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil about 5 minutes,

      stirring frequently, until onion is crisp-tender. Stir in parsley.

      2. Spoon mushroom mixture over pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

      3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.



      Ranchero Beef Pizza

      Prep Time:5 min

      Start to Finish:25 min

      Makes:6 servings

      1 ready-to-serve pizza crust, 12 to 14 inches in diameter

      3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 ounces)

      1/2 tub (32-ounce size) refrigerated original barbecue sauce with

      sliced beef

      4 slices red onion, separated into rings

      1. Heat oven to 400ºF.

      2. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup

      of the cheese. Top with beef and onion. Sprinkle with remaining 2

      cups cheese.

      3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.



      Strawberry-Peach Pops

      Prep Time:10 min

      Start to Finish:2 hr 25 min

      Makes:10 servings (1 pop each)

      1 cup soymilk

      1 cup frozen strawberries

      1 container (6 oz) peach yogurt

      2 tablespoons honey

      10 paper cups (3-oz size)

      10 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

      1. Place soymilk, strawberries, yogurt and honey in blender or food

      processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

      2. Fill each cup with about 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Place cups in

      freezer until partially frozen, about 45 minutes.

      3. Insert sticks; freeze until firm, about 1 hour 30 minutes. To

      serve, remove cups.
