1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
Beat above ingredients together, bake in 3 greased 9 inch cake pans at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
Icing:
1 (15 1/2oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 1/2oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (13 1/2oz) carton Cool Whip
Combine pineapple with juice & pudding mix. Fold into thawed Cool WHip. Spread between layers & top & sides of cake.
Refrigerate overnight.
