      1 (10 count) can biscuits-I used butter flaky type
      1 can crushed pineapple with 100% juice-no sugar added
      1 stick butter/margarine
      1/3 cup brown sugar-I used Splenda brown sugar blend

      1. In a heavy bottomed non stick oven proof skillet or well seasoned iron skillet, melt butter in oven.
      2. Add brown sugar and pineapple.

      Place biscuits in a single layer over mixture.
      4. Bake according to biscuit label directions until biscuits are done, about 12-20 minutes.
      5. Flip over onto serving plate.

      Serve warm.

      **Can either be served as a dessert or as a breakfast item**
