      4 cups (1 lb) shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
      1 (4oz) jar diced pimientos
      1/2 – 3/4 cup mayo
      1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
      garlic salt
      Tobasco sauce

      Mix shredded cheese with drained pimientos. Add enough mayo to bind ingredients together. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, & Tabasco.

      Refrigerate.

      Makes about 2 1/2 cups
