mosPimento-Cream Cheese Spread
8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4-oz jar chopped pimentos, well drained
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbs finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers
Mix ingredients until blended. Makes 16 servings
