To create a personalized roast, choose and combine the following ingredients. Pick foods having compatible flavors. Figure 2 to 4 servings per pound of roast.
Start with 1 1/2 to 3 pounds of beef or pork:
Standing Rump Roast
Boneless Rump Roast
Preheat oven or multi cooker to 375 degrees. Brown roast in:
Add 2 cups:
Add a pinch or two of:
Dry Soup Mix
Place in roasting pan or whatever you want to use. Cover with lid or foil and put into preheated oven or multi cooker. Cook 1 to 3 hours.
This is a great guideline for making a roast. I saw this in one of my books and thought this would be great to post for anyone that could use.

I liked too, because of all the choices. When I seen this, I just had to post it, it’s such a great guideline to go by. This one is my favorites too.
