      not sure what’s going on so i need some help. i’m win 8.1/Chrome version 39.0.2171.99 m( up to date).
      i’ve been using budget 101, signed in, for …

      I think probably 6 weeks (??) now and suddenly I am getting messages, and I’m not allowed to leave a message using # 8 on the Contact us screen.

      first one(see below) started on https://www.budget101.com/content.php/4989-homemade-pastry-flour.

      then on contact us page where i get another message even though i am signed in (i see ruafoodie up top right) “our records show that you have already registered under the name of ruafoodie. if you have lost your password, click here. if you would like to modify your profile, click here.”

      Budget101.com “Digging yourself out of debt, when all you have is a Spoon”ruafoodie, you do not have permission to access this page. this could be due to one of several reasons:

      1. If you are trying to view threads or post, You may not have completed your registration process and activated your free account.
      2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page; Are you trying to edit someone else’s post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
      3. Did you see a Big Red X on the Previous Page? If so, that means you have attempted to access a Restricted Area that is meant for Active Members only.

      number #8 specifically is, “8. Questions or Content Support – have a question on a recipe, or tip, etc? perhaps you’d like to know where to find the ingredients.

      simply register for free, login and post your question in the comments under the recipe or article or within the forum thread”

      which means that one simply needs to login and hit reply to any post to leave a message or visit the tech support forum and leave a message. since that’s how you contacted us, i’m thinking that one is working for you. 😉

      the reason you couldn’t view this one is because the page didn’t publish at the correct time due to a setting error and when it was shared on facebook, the facebook post notifying you it was there published before the actual recipe published. if you’re still seeing errors it’s because your computer or device cached the page and it’s reloading a cached page.
