Perky Pasta Salads

Love these recipes.  I do find the prepackaged pasta salads more expensive than

a regular box of pasta and adding my own italian/mexican seasoning to the

recipe.

Also check to see if your deli sells ends of the product.  I use ham ends for

mac&chse, salami for pasta salads, chik & turkey for mini pot pie…cheese ends

for english muffin or bagel pizzas.  Possibilities are endless.  Ask your deli

friend.
