12 green peppers-chopped 12 red peppers-chopped 3 large onions-chopped 3 cups vinegar 2 cups sugar 2 tbsp salt
1. Add all ingredients together in a heavy bottomed large saucepan. Mix well. 2. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. 3. Pack into hot sterilized jars. 4. Process in water bath for 20 minutes. Cool on kitchen counter. Listen for the ‘pings’ of the jars sealing.
